In this webinar, we will be discussing some of the common directions for counselling, as well as supports and accommodations we can put in place for neurodivergent clients and students, including those with Autistic brain styles, ADHDer brain styles, and the neurosparkly combination: AuDHD brain styles.

This webinar will provide ideas to explore as well as practical strategies for teachers, psychologists and allied health professionals interested in neurodiversity affirming practice.

We will cover:

  • working with the individual's strengths and passions
  • awareness and challenging of stigma around neurodivergence 
  • current approaches to effective intervention
  • builidng the individual's understanding of their brain style and self-advocacy skills
